Software and automation in Comodoro Rivadavia
It is the largest city in Chubut, with an economy dominated by oil and its service companies. That brings different demands: staff working in the field, long rotating shifts, and stricter record-keeping and traceability requirements.
What changes in an oil economy
- Staff work in the field. Attendance tracking cannot depend on somebody stopping by an office.
- Shifts are long and rotating. Work-on and work-off patterns are more rigid and harder to build by hand.
- Traceability matters more. There are record-keeping and audit requirements that other industries do not have.
- Companies are larger. Systems already exist and need to be integrated with rather than replaced.
Where we add value and where we do not
It is worth being clear about scope. We work well in the administrative and management layer: field staff tracking, scheduling, financial order, integrations and custom management systems.
We do not build industrial process control software or safety critical plant operation systems. If that is your need, the most useful thing we can do is tell you on the first call rather than waste your time.
