Software for retail
In short
In retail the main pain is twofold: controlling staff across extended hours and knowing what you actually earned, with money spread across cash, digital wallets, cards and the bank. Both are automated and go live in under a week.
Where the time goes in a retail store
- Extended hours multiply shifts. Staying open straight through or late forces rotation, and that means a roster.
- Seasonality changes headcount. Holidays and special dates require adding staff for short periods.
- Money arrives through four different channels. Cash, debit, credit and wallets, each with its own term and fee.
- The monthly result arrives late. By the time the accountant closes, two weeks have passed and the information is good for filing, not deciding.
The real cost of not having the number on time
Not knowing the monthly result until two weeks later is not just inconvenient: it means decisions get made blind.
| Decision | With the data on time | Without it |
|---|---|---|
| Restocking | On real margin by category | On intuition |
| Adding staff | On the last few weeks of sales | Once you are already overwhelmed |
| Cutting a cost | Seeing where the money goes | When cash gets tight |

Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
Most of my sales are cash, does this still help?
Yes, with realistic expectations: cash has to be entered, even if it is two taps on the phone. Everything else arrives on its own, and in most stores that is already the bulk of the volume.
Does it account for card terms and fees?
Yes. Card settlements are read with their fees and terms, so the dashboard shows what you will actually receive and when, not the sticker price.
I have two locations, can I see them together?
Yes. Each location has its own view and there is also a consolidated one, for both staffing and financial results.
How much does it cost for a small store?
The model is a one-time setup fee plus a monthly plan, and the rule is that the fee is always lower than the savings. A 30 minute call produces a firm number.
